SHIPPING
We deliver any order to mainland Netherlands, following specific conditions, worldwide, through PostNL and the internationally by PostNL or DHL.
Tracking your parcel
You will be informed by e-mail that your parcel is on its way and you will be provided with the tracking number.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us first at sofiia_kobiakovska@yahoo.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send back your item before receiving confirmation from us.
Returns are at the customer’s expense and responsibility. Returned items must be in unused, original condition, and packaged securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transport. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. If the return is lost or damaged in transit, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund—you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item or size, please return your original item as described above and place a new order through our website.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to be processed.
